The service
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or end the service, or correct puzzles, at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use automated tools to access the site in a way that burdens it, do not try to obtain answers before a puzzle is published, and do not interfere with the service or other players.
Photos and content
Puzzle photos are in the public domain or available under open licenses; the photographer, source and license of each photo are shown after you play and on the photo credits page. Rights to photos remain with their respective holders. If you believe a photo is used incorrectly, contact us at contact@pastshot.com and we will respond promptly, including removing it where appropriate. Captions and other text are written by widewell.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, widewell is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
